The Aim of Roselands
My name is David Cotgrave a present day and long term fan of Carl Gustav Jung’s work.
This includes working with dreams to highlight the archetypal energies within the mind and how these affect us.
This has enabled me to gain invaluable insights into personal development affecting decisions and relationships in life.
Information and direction from Jungian Analysts has increased my desire to create an opportunity, with the assistance of other people, for Jungian transformational work available to young people aged 14 to 25 years.
The work will be on a grant system and the main criteria at present is that the young people reside in Wirral or Liverpool and are on the fringe of entering crime, or already involved in crime, including gangs.
My personal history and the challenges that presented themselves for character growth, have assisted me to have ongoing empathy for young people facing similar experiences in their self- image development.
The Aim of Roselands will be to assist with healthy and robust self-image development which can influence every area of a persons life.
Jungian professionals will provide the services to the young people.

Roselands CIC is looking for people with various backgrounds and skills who share our vision.
- Jungian professionals for analysis with young people aged 14 to 25 years of age.
- Professional film producers and professional musicians to assist with the creation of films and music which will deliver Jungian based content for the young people.
- Financial support for some foundational CIC structure.
- Longer term guidance to provide educational programmes for the young people.
- Longer term guidance with product development to assist the funding of the CIC.
